Grumpy Vintage Lhasa Apso Dog Brooch I couldn't decide if this was a poodle or a schnauzer type of dog but was informed that it is indeed a vintage Lhasa. The mustache reminds me of a schnauzer but the pompadour reminds me of a poodle which really had me confused. According to a dog groomer, The hair has been tied up and the ears clipped to cut back on the grooming needed. I've also learned that Lhasa's can be very grumpy and do not like changes in their environment but are also loving dogs. This one does look a bit grumpy to me. (I think it just needs a loving new home.) This puppy is gold tone with black rhinestones for the eyes and nose. It measures 1-1/2" x 1". #8060740 SOLD

The flower part has 2 layers, ab rhinestones on top of the rootbeer colored ones. The back of the rhinestones have gold and silver foil showing through the open settings. Vintage Carved Bakelite Cameo Brooch A stunning cameo brooch. The background carved part is black bakelite, while the white cameo is probably resin. Black bakelite doesn't test with 409 nor simichrome, but does test, and this did, with warm water. Vintage Citrine Rhinestones Art Glass Brooch A pretty amber and citrine rhinestone and art glass brooch. There are 3 layers to this brooch. The first is marquise alternating yellow and amber rhinestones. The second is oval art glass that look bi-colored. The top layer are citrine round rhinestones, folding over the art glass.
