Vintage DeLIZZA and ELSTER aka Juliana Puppy Dog Pendant Necklace Not your typical D&E necklace and the very rarely signed ones. This silvertone cast articulating puppy is marked DEC and has the heart shaped finishing tag. This sad little hound has green cabochon eyes and a black cab nose. The tongue and ears articulate.
